Graduates

Learn more about our long term graduate development programme, and the possibilities of starting a career with Orano Limited.

Shaping your future

Want to be part of a graduate programme where you’ll be supported to make an impact right from the start?

At Orano Limited, our Graduate Programmes are designed to provide you with high-quality training, and ensure you are part of projects that come with genuine decision-making responsibility.

As a mid-sized organisation in the UK, we are able to expose our graduates to exciting opportunities both in the UK and internationally. Yet, we are small enough to let them see how a business works, use their initiative and make a real contribution. As a fully owned subsidiary of Orano, graduates will also gain an insight into the international operations and expertise of a global leader in the nuclear fuel cycle.

We offer strong support to all our new graduates here at Orano and each graduate is appointed a mentor. Our mentors will support you on your journey to becoming professionally recognised. Mentors typically have a single graduate each, which allows them to focus their energies on supporting individuals and tailor the support they provide. They are there to guide each graduate so that you can fulfil competencies and grow as individuals. All of our mentors are Chartered, so they understand the requirements and opportunities each gradate requires.
