Our graduate community

We have a dynamic graduate community at Orano Limited that welcomes and supports any new graduate who joins us.

Many of our graduates take an active part in the Nuclear Institute’s Young Generation Network (YGN), attending regular networking and technical events and participating in nationwide initiatives such as the organisation’s national speaking event. Complemented by training courses that are synchronised to allow graduates across the company to get to know each other during their first few years in the company, we aim to build a thriving and forward-looking group of graduates, who will flourish in their careers in the industry.
