Following the launch of New AREVA in October 2016, AREVA RMC and AREVA’s UK Engineering and Operations teams have now joined forces to form a new, integrated UK entity: AREVA Projects UK.
Combining extensive industry knowledge, decades of experience of technical nuclear consultancy, and the expert skills of AREVA’s UK engineering team, AREVA Projects UK asserts itself as an integrated, market-focused organisation, capable of delivering engineering projects and technical consultancy to new and existing clients in the nuclear industry. Both consultancy and engineering teams will provide a UK and international gateway to the full spectrum AREVA capabilities, while maintaining the full range of services currently offered to its clients across the nuclear lifecycle, with hands-on and local support available throughout the UK.
AREVA Projects UK will be led by Managing Director, David Loughborough, supported by Giovanbattista Patalano, as head of AREVA’s UK engineering operations, and Ian Alderson as Operations Director for the consulting business. As part of the initial integration, the engineering and consultancy teams in Warrington will move into a new joint office in Birchwood Park in March this year.
